CBA Chile closed 2025 with carbon-neutral events with Beeok

28-11-2025

A positive balance of the alliance generated with Beeok during this 2025, was made by the Cambridge Business Association Chile (CBA Chile), after obtaining the certificate that accredits the carbon neutrality of the three important events it held for its partners this year.

This meant that Beeok measured and neutralized the carbon footprint of the "Interboard", "Circle of Titans" and "Evolution Sunset", within the framework of CBA Chile's commitment to sustainability and to encourage its member companies to do the same in their production processes and in the events they hold in the future.

"It is a tremendous pride for us to be a platform, through the collaboration we have with Beeok, for many of our members to be encouraged and start quantifying and advancing in the measurement of the carbon footprint in their events, but also in everything that their processes do of their scopes<span style="font-weight: 400;" > 1, 2 and 3 of course," said Jocelyn Black, Managing Director CBA Chile.

During the organization's account, the executive highlighted the work done by Beeok in calculating the carbon emissions corresponding to the realization of each event held at the Valle Escondido Golf Club and the compensation of these, totaling 17 tons of CO2 equivalent.

"Es sIt is equally important that in the organizations that group companies, that function as communities, we can be the mobilizers, the drivers for others to learn and for others to generate change. So, that we are allies of Beeok to be able to do the measurement, traceability and, as we have it, have the carbon footprint offset certificate, because we are demonstrating that we can do it and if we can, all the people who represent their companies can," he remarked.

For this reason, Black emphasized that "so we invite you to join as well as the CBA community joins this process so that you can advance in 2026 in the quantification and measurement of your carbon footprint.

Regarding this relevant collaboration, Cristian Bustos Salas, CEO of Beeok, highlighted that the work carried out together with CBA Chile during 2025 reflects the growing commitment of the business sector to incorporate climate management into its processes. "For Beeok, accompanying CBA Chile on this path is a concrete sign that the Sustainability is built with technical rigor, reliable data and, above all, with conviction. When an organization decides to measure and manage its footprint, it not only reduces emissions: it inspires its entire value chain to move towards a more responsible economy."

"The neutralization of these three events proves that it is entirely possible to integrate sustainability into everyday operation. Each ton measured and compensated is a firm step towards more conscious practices, and we deeply value that CBA Chile takes this leadership and invites its partners to follow the same path," he concluded.
